Hi Rick, Ria, ODV, Yes, the only donor diner is at Dayton. We assume that we will continue to have one in Dayton every year because of expectations. We've discussed having one at Orlando for the National, but the problem is that an event like we do at Dayton is very expensive. We understand the value of networking and relationship building, so the challenge is to have a cost effective event that does not appear cheap. Suggestions are welcome. 73, Howard, WB2ITX On 1/5/2020 3:23 AM, Roderick, Rick, K5UR via arrl-odv wrote: Dayton is it. I have talked to a few Maxim society members, including one in my division who regularly discusses ideas with me and one frustration some of them have is that the only real donor recognition/networking event is at Dayton and they don't always feel like going all the way out there. 1. Is that true? 2. If true, is there any interest in pursuing events in conjunction with other conventions? 73 Ria, N2RJ _______________________________________________ arrl-odv mailing list arrl-odv@reflector.arrl.org<mailto:arrl-odv@reflector.arrl.org> https://reflector.arrl.org/mailman/listinfo/arrl-odv -- Howard E.
