There was quite a bit of /140 PSK31 activity on 40 meters last night. I worked a bunch of stations including an ARRL Life Member signing /140. All with about 40 watts and my G5RV. Visitors to W1AW in the past few days have all had a great time operating in the /140 event. 73, Harold Harold Kramer, WJ1B Chief Operating Officer ARRL - The national association for Amateur Radio(tm) 860 594 0220 hkramer@arrl.org From: Sumner, Dave, K1ZZ [mailto:dsumner@arrl.org] Sent: Thursday, September 03, 2009 11:38 PM To: arrl-odv Subject: [arrl-odv:18074] Re:RE: HPM Birthday Aw, gee -- contrary to rumor I DO know the phone. I've made 7 QSOs on 2m SSB just tonight. He worked WY7FD/140 a couple of QSO's after I did on 40 mtrs SSB. I posted Dave on the cluster as that certainly qualified as a RARE one!!!! It's a fun event. Glad we're doing it again. 73 - Kay N3KN
