22 NOV, 2005 - 1455 CST Chris, to put it in naval terms, you fired an excellent broadside at UPLC. However, it appears they are too dense to realize just how lousy their arguments are... I don't see how the FCC can fail to adjust it's rule- making on BPL. But, of course, I still don't see the rationale for the Commission's approval of this fiasco in the first place.
