    I appreciate the courtesy of the reply.

    However, the issue of whether the Vice Directors are part of the Board family was settled in a most convincing fashion over a year ago. The Vice Directors are bound by the same Code of Conduct, the same obligations of confidentiality and sign the same conflict forms as the Directors. I remind you of Day Pitney's conclusion that the Vice Directors, due to their unique position, should have equal access to all League information.

    Please provide to each of the Vice Director's the necessary sign in information. The Vice Directors were present for the meeting at which our new CEO was elected and I believe that was an important personnel matter. There is no valid reason why they should also not be attendees at this meeting.
