ARRL Directors:

On February 26 I circulated the final minutes of the January 25 Special Meeting of the Board. According to Board-established procedure it is now time to approve the minutes.

I have affirmative votes from Directors Boehner and Williams. When six more affirmative votes are received the minutes will stand approved.
