On Monday, March 23^rd from 7 pm to 10 pm EDT (2300 UTC on 3/23 to 200 UTC on 3/24) the ARRL network will be down for maintenance in preparation for implementation of the new VOIP phone system approved in the 2015 Plan. Services affected will be:

Logbook of the World

E-mail to arrl.org addresses at HQ (inbound messages will be queued for delivery when the network is back up)

On-line DXCC application

Centennial QSP Party application

ARRL E-store

The ARRL web site will not be impacted.

We will be posting messages of this outage to the appropriate outlets such as the LoTW web page, the ARRL-LOTW Yahoo group, the ARRL news on the web site, ARRL Letter and the On-line DXCC and CQP web pages.
