Several minor issues.

  1. item 10, second sentence - add 'First Vice President' before 'Raisbeck'
  2. item 27, second to last sentence - delete 'Vice Director' and add 'Mr.' before 'Wells'
  3. item 38, THEREFORE - change 'herby' to 'hereby'

With these changes, I approve.
