Per Barry's note, a webinar for discussion of the 2016-2017 Plan has been scheduled.  Webinar registration instructions is below.  The plan was distributed to ODV on 24 Nov (see Barry's original message below, minus the attachment).

Apologies to anyone who finds this date/time inconvenient, but it actually was hard to find a date when Barry, Harold and Dave could all participate to answer questions.  Please be sure to register for the meeting (below) so you will have the login info ready at the time of the meeting.

Such meetings are generally only open to Directors and Officers; however, as a one-time experiment, I would like to invite Vice Directors as well, under the same rules of participation as during full Board meetings. 

To repeat Barry's original invitation, you may contact either David, Harold or him to answer your questions before the webinar.

Attached is the Proposed 2016-2017 Plan which, at their last meeting, the A&F Committee unanimously approved for recommendation to the Board of Directors for action at the January, 2016 meeting. This distribution is being made in accordance with the Board’s instructions.

 

As has been the practice in recent years, the A&F Chairman will be setting up a conference call to provide members of the Board the opportunity to ask questions of the Committee and senior management. This will likely take place in late December or early January. However, please don’t hesitate to ask questions in advance of the conference call or the Board meeting. You may contact either David, Harold or myself and we will be happy to answer your questions.
