      Interesting results following the VK resturcturing.  Surely this would be a precursor of what we may expect if FCC chooses to accept today's Petition or at least something similar. There is a great deal of similarity of the VK culture to our own in many ways including use of technology.  

It will be interesting to see if the balance comments to our Petition.  Maybe much of the recent negative comments about dumbing down will subside prior to the time for comments.  It reminds me of the removal of Section News and contest scores form QST, lots of reaction initially but soon forgotten.
