    This appeared this morning on an intake email for the West Gulf Division — and contrary to the paragraph at the bottom of the email, the West Gulf Division did not subscribe to "hizbao.com". These folks are obviously buying email lists. Note their inability to spell check English.

    Couple this with the side Lee Cooper brought to our attention, and we have trouble in River City.
