ARRL Officers, Directors and Vice Directors: Pursuant to Article 4 of the Articles of Association and Bylaw 26, a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors is hereby called for 8:00 PM EDT Wednesday, August 22, 2020 solely for the purpose of electing a Chief Executive Officer and Secretary.
