All, I’ve attached the results of the Fund Development Audit that some of you might not have seen. This is an important study that looks in the characteristics of the giving to the ARRL and the Foundation, with analysis about how we can improve our revenue from contributors as well as the administration of the ARRL and the Foundation. “Johnson, Grossnickle and Associates (JGA) was commissioned to conduct a development assessment to explore the strengths and areas of opportunity in fundraising for ARRL and the Foundation. This is an excellent report that explains how data was collected and observations, an analysis of five years of philanthropic revenue, and recommendations for improving our organization to improve revenue as well as our member satisfaction.
