The objective Im att5empting to achieve is to support Dave Sumners comment at the last A&F meeting that the League is ready to promote, actively, the use of LoTW. The more rapidly LoTW can become a successful, source of income, and because the more rapidly QSLing expenses can be reduced through increased utilization of LoTW worldwide, the better off the League and individual amateurs will be. To kick in my puny effort toward getting much more use of LoTW, Ive begun to put a small label on each QSL I mail. The label I use is a ½x1 ¾ Avery No. 18167. These come 80/sheet. Label format No. 8167 is used for the printing. My labels, at this moment, read Use LoTW to QSL. See http://www.arrl.org/lotw Obviously, this thought plus 50 cents will buy one a cup of coffee in a cheap diner. 73, Jim Jim Weaver, K8JE Director, Great Lakes Division ARRL; http://www.arrl.org/ 5065 Bethany Rd., Mason, OH 45040 Tel.: 513-459-0142; E-mail: k8je@arrl.org ARRL: The reason Amateur Radio Is!
