Without knowing the members call it is impossible to determine if this is an oversight, error, issue, or normal. I asked Dick and he replied the member " Doesn't want it revealed. ". So I guess Dick, you will need to validate the members membership status and go from there. It could be a mistake, or it may not. Without knowing the callsign (or name) it's pretty hard to help. Dick, I would ask the member to call membership services themselves and ask the question unless you are able to validate the level of membership yourself. Why would a member who is not a Board member or advertiser start receiving QST delivered as First Class Mail?
