On Saturday, I published a summary of A&F's activities in 2018, here on ODV.

What I did not know then was that Jim Pace submitted a brief summary report on A&F to ARRL HQ back in December. This report was never published to ODV.

In comparing the two documents, it is clear that they serve different and complementary purposes. Jim's report is a summary of current and recent issues, while my document is simply an enumeration of the issues discussed by A&F throughout the year.

Accordingly, I am publishing Jim's note with this e-mail. Both documents will appear in the Board book.

Since Jim Pace is not returning to the Board in 2019, and Jim was chair of A&F, there has been no summary report for A&F. I have been asked to serve as acting chair of A&F for the January 2019 Board meeting. As a result, I have compiled a summary of A&F 2018 activities in the attached report.
