[arrl-odv:21485] Symbol Rate committee change

Director Bodson has graciously suggested that Director Woolweaver should chair the Symbol Rate committee, and the suggestion is accepted by Director Woolweaver and me. Please let your notes reflect the change. I have e-mailed a person with an offer to join the PR Committee. As soon as I hear from him I will post an updated committee roster list reflecting all changes and corrections since the original one sent last week.
