I understand that we have Christmas and New Years at the end of the month, but I’m not understanding why the process cannot be completed in the six weeks between now and the Board Meeting. If it is due to unresolvable time conflicts with one or more of the interviewers, perhaps they should be replaced by someone that is able to commit the time to bring this process to a conclusion. Please share with the Board a list of remaining steps and the cutoff date for completing each of them. Please forgive my lateness, but the last two weeks have been a bit consuming on many fronts. We are getting close; the process is not one that can be rushed but I think I see the light at the other end of the tunnel. (hopefully it's not a train headed this direction). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or any member of the committee.
