Sometime between noon and 1, all phone and fax lines at the Fairfax office became inoperative. There are no outbound dial tones, and inbound calls get an "all circuits are busy" message, with no forwarding to voice mail.
Verizon has been alerted, and has provided a Wednesday evening restoration estimate. (Don't roll your eyes; I've done so for you.) In the interim, please direct business calls to the office to my cell phone, +1 860 983-2873.
Please rest assured that membership calls to the Fairfax office are very rare, and usually misdirected. Nevertheless, I will press for restoration.
