At this point I have 6 votes in hand to approve the minutes of the Board meeting. As they are not yet formally approved I ask for your indulgence to permit me to add five individuals from the Southeastern Division to the Silent Keys whose names are included in Minute 2. Director Rehman made a timely request for their inclusion but his email was overlooked in the flood of HR-4969-related emails that hit Dan Henderson’s inbox at around the same time.

If this is agreeable I will update the minutes that are on the website as well as the official signed copy in the “minutes book.”

Please also consider this as a reminder to vote on approval. Thank you.
