As a matter of fact, yes. Carsten Dauer, DM9EE has been posting of his efforts. He drove to the Polish border to deliver supplies and pick up refugees who he is now housing at his hotel in Germany.

There are others who I am in touch with, regarding digital radios and encryption. But they aren't posting too much publicly. However there is an effort to collect DMR radios with encryption. They've more or less moved past the analog baofengs as they present an opsec risk.

Anywhere (such as FB, someone’s blog, or web page) where amateurs may have organized a relief effort or undertaken other activities related to the happenings in Ukraine?
