I am curious as to the details. I have seen one board member responding to complaints about the website. Some of the issues I’ve been seeing complaints about are very concerning such as member records having errors and it "happening due to the system upgrade at HQ." 

As the members in question are not in my division I do not address them to HQ. I encourage self service as much as possible, as in people should contact HQ themselves.

I have recently seen twice now where board members are scraping issues off the internet and circulating them to everyone BUT the person who should be receiving them.

 

Please forward member concerns directly to me so that I can task the people inside HQ to solve them.
