Well, that is exactly my concern. The timing of this suggests that Cross will stick it into what is rapidly becoming the "fete du garbage" of Part 97 changes, along with our pristine and pure Novice Refarming Petition. I bet he does, in fact. I suppose we could comment, but let's see whether Cross has already decided what to do.
