THIS is absolutely fantastic news. It is about time
the Commission stepped up to the plate, and with the new
procedures in place it takes a consent and sign-off of all
of the Commissioners to reduce the fine. It cannot be
reduced by staff. Chairman Pai is certainly the real deal !
