It has come to the attention of General Counsel Imlay that, subsequent to his recommendation in ARRL communication arrl-odv:12884, phone conversations have occurred between a couple of ARRL Directors and Mr. Carl Stevenson. If anyone is unclear as to the content of arrl-odv:12884, then you should immediately re-read the email and contact Mr. Imlay or President Haynie if you have any questions concerning this matter, as obviously there are some among us who don't believe these instructions apply to you. Let me remind you we have a formal appeal procedure for the matter at hand, and BOTH parties are willfully following the procedure in an attempt to resolve this matter. As an Officer of the corporation (specifically, that is ALL ARRL Directors and Officers), you do no good to ARRL by not abiding by these procedures and the recommendations outlined by our General Council in arrl-odv:12884.
