How many of you have received this notification that you have won
a British lottery? If we all "won" and it was legitimate
(FAT CHANCE!),
we could establish a very healthy ARRL endowment. This scam is
a
vastly enlarged Internet version of the old "Pidgeon Drop
Scam". My
