Reportedly, tomorrow there will be issued an order affirming a $22K forfeiture against Guernsey, NZ8O, one of the 14.313 malicious interferers. This was the NAL amount and there is no reduction in the order coming out tomorrow. 

Also reportedly being issued tomorrow is a $1,000 forfeiture against one David Talasi for failure to identify. This is also a 14.313 participant. This is minor but failure to identify is reportedly the best that the evidence would support.
