Long series of problems with whose email forwarders? Only trouble I seem to recall is from outside the league. Mark, KB7HDX On Wed, May 15, 2019 at 6:47 PM rjairam@gmail.com <rjairam@gmail.com> wrote:
This is the latest in a long series of problems with the email forwarders.
However I believe Dave from IT was able to get some of it resolved on a per recipient basis.

Hello -
It appears that in at least one of the cases the problem is that comcast.net is complaining about the sender. Comcast is rejecting the message (application) due to the published DMARC policy of yahoo.com - and the bounce is actually from comcast.net, not from "our" servers. It is interesting that three different applicants all have had emails bounced. It appears that all that can be done is to forward the bounce messages to HQ's IT team.

Hello ALL -
IT appears that there is a problem with the VM application email address.
Bounced emails to the submission address has been reported and one notable issue is that the rejected email bounce can sometimes end up in the applicant's spam folder. If the applicant doesn't search the spam folder, they might never be aware that the application was never really delivered. So far this evening I have heard of 3 bounces and no successful submissions.
See you in Dayton.
