Same here in TN. Nobody against it but few asking for it. Most are happy with the system of license classes we are running across the state.

Not much on this one either way. Some think it’s needed to attract and more importantly retain new hams, yet we get the occasional “don’t lower the required standards” type argument.
More seem to favor the enhanced privileges over the later however.
