Here are some information points for the upcoming board meeting:

• Please keep in mind the 30 day submission period for motions that make changes to the articles and by-laws.  Those are due 6/21/23 5pm Eastern time as communicated in my notice of 6/1/23.
• J-P is no longer with ARRL to pursue a job closer to his educational background.  All communications related to the board meeting should continue to go through execadmin@arrl.org and they will be handled by Sabrina.
• The rehab project of the parking lot at ARRL HQ has begun.  By board week, there may be sections of the parking lot closed and heavy machinery may still be present.  This is not to dissuade you from conducting any meetings at HQ, but it may cause some inconvenience from a parking perspective.
• If you are planning to come to HQ for a meeting, please ensure that you coordinate that meeting through the executive office.  We already have two meetings scheduled and meeting space is limited.
