Dave or whoever is minding the shop in his absence: A member reported that the link to the <http://www.arrl.org/DXAC_Special_Report.pdf> DXAC Special Report on Remote Operating given at the July 2008 Board meeting seems to be broken. When I went to the site ( <http://www.arrl.org/DXAC_Special_Report.pdf> http://www.arrl.org/DXAC_Special_Report.pdf) I received the error message: The webpage cannot be found.
