Hi,

Here is a copy of the newly revised ARRL Yellow Pages Customer Service document.  This is a resource for finding the right person or department to answer questions about our operations. We have sent a copy to all employees as well.  I also hope that you find it helpful.

This document was recompiled based on employee input from the customer service training seminar that we conducted a few months ago.  Please consider this a work in progress since we plan to update and modify it as needed.
