I depend upon arrl.org to enable me to get information on many things,

one of which is Section contact information.  In addition to the many

times I can not reach arrl.org, recently I am now finding it difficult

to reach this URL:

http://www.arrl.org/members-only/Page/7317

That is the place I am being sent when clicking on the "ABOUT ARRL"

button.  From that point the options are many, one of which is "Organization

Structure."  When clicking on that selection, if I get that far, I often get

http://www.arrl.org/members-only/Page/98

This page is still eluding me. Are any of the readers of this message able to 

get a response from the "ABOUT ARRL" button and "General Information" button?

Additionally, I get these results whether or not I am logged on as a user,

or not.  Am I to understand from these page names that only members

are able to access these pages?  If so, why?
