As we start gearing up for the July Board meeting, it's time for us to start putting together the agenda.
For your convenience, I have attached the full agenda from the January meeting (the first part of the minutes), along with the full agenda from last July. Most of you have been through the rodeo multiple times, so you know the drill.
I need to circulate the preliminary agenda by around July 8th, so please send me (and Cc Carla) any items you wish to have placed on the agenda. The full agenda is scheduled to be circulated on July 12.
I also remind you that if you have an item for amending the Articles of Association and/or By-Laws, in order for them to be passed with the simple 2/3s majority, those items must be circulated no later than 30-days before the meeting July 19th, which is Wednesday June 19th. You may still bring items for amending the AA/BL after June 19th, but their passage will require 12 affirmative votes, rather than 10.
On additional note: I have added a truly unexpected last-minute trip to Friedrichshafen and will be out of the office June 14 until July 8th. The trip is in addition to a vacation I already had booked bringing my great niece and great nephew up for a week. I will be checking office email as possible during the Germany trip - and will as possible during the vacation. I do plan on being in the office June 25/26 and possibly July 3rd. I apologize for any inconvenience.
