Dear ODV,
CQ Magazine published an editorial this month about youth recruitment
efforts, and what is done in Europe by their national and regional
organizations versus what is done here in the United States by the
ARRL. I think it is an opportunity to look inward and see how best we
can improve our youth outreach.
