Could K1ZZ and/or W4RI give some analysis of the sections in this report related to Amateur Radio? I see one section of Agenda Item 1.13 that suggests 3-30 MHz will be on the agenda, and another focusing on 4-10 MHz. How are we doing in our efforts to influence the US position?

Hi, gang,
The link I send with this note leads to newspaper coverage of John
Champa, K8OCL on his receiving the award for his HSMM work. At our
mutual agreement, I went to his club's meeting for the presentation as
well as for a discussion of things that are going on at and with ARRL.
I think the folks did a good job. The PIO is appropriately aggressive
and has made nice contacts.
