As our last action of the week with regard to BPL, Chris Imlay filed the attached renewal of our complaint about the Briarcliff Manor, NY system, which after months of operation is still causing harmful interference. (attachment added this time...) Is digital audio produced in the DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) format allowed on HF (below 29 MHz)[or elsewhere?]? In what bands/segments? It seems to have a 12 khz bandwidth. I hope not - but I see people are apparently using it...
